Full range of cardio equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, bikes (upright and seated), hand bike and a stepper.
Weights area, Free weight section with dumbbells ranging from 2kg-40kg, weight machines, smith machine and cable cross machine.
Personal fitness programmes by our qualified gym instructors.
Teenagers 14 years and over are permitted to use the CV equipment at any time but are not permitted to use the weights area or free weights. For your safety, all gym users must complete an induction prior to using the gym and complete a par-q form.
