Step classes are one of the most popular forms of aerobic workout and have been around now for over 30 years so it must be good!
Step & Tone classes are great for burning calories, losing weight, building lower body strength and improving your cardiovascular system as well as improving your coordination, balance and flexibility.Classes are completely adjustable to your ability.
We use a height adjustable step that can be easily changed depending on the level of workout or your ability and the choreography of the class is adjusted.
