We run a variety of fitness classes for all levels and abilities and we are always looking for new classes and ideas!

Classes generally run for 45 minutes and places are limited. Always arrive at least ten minutes before a class is due to start. Those who arrive late may not be admitted.


Class space and equipment is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis only. Unfortunately we cannot take bookings for fitness classes.
