Reps LogoIndoor Cycling classes are just like riding a bike – except in a nice dry studio with a group of like minded individuals and some great music!

Spinning is a great class that’s completely adjustable to the participant’s ability and work rate.

You can control the resistance from the bike and the rate at which you pedal so it’s easy to take a break if you need too. That’s not to say that the instructor won’t put you through a good workout though!
